Kent & Alyssa Simmons are Two Hand Union, a husband & wife folk duo from Flagstaff, AZ. They formed in 2012 after having sung together in various forms the previous ten years & as solo artists around the state of AZ & the Southwest. Two Hand Union is a statement of the need for each other, knowing that one is strong where the other is weak, like a weak hand needs the dominant hand. There's a familiarity to their voices & to their lives, which translates into their music. This is music meant to get lost in, harmonies to find solace in & lyrics to be challenged with.
